*So, other than Maybe Possibly the New Horizons project starting, it's an honestly beautiful Fall day today.

So Souha's taking some advantage of it and walking around, a small and young Sumiho riding piggyback on their shoulders some of the time, or walking and holding onto Souha's sweater the other time.

They can either be in the park, heading for SAI, or even at SAI, actually. Since Sumiho is pretty At Risk for gaining an ability of some sort... good to get him familiarized with going there at all.*

I have reason to suspect that he might end up developing fire-related abilities, essentially.

Combination of my having them, my family line, Noriko's own unique aspects...

Needless to say, if he doesn't end up with anything like that, I'd probably be more shocked. So I'd rather err on the safe side. It was rather bad when my own abilities manifested.

And you'd like to make sure as much as possible that Sumiho avoids the same trauma you did?

Yes, very much so. In more ways than one.

I'd like it if, in the worst case scenario, that he always has a place that he feels secure in going to if he needs help.

Is there anything in particular you'd like to note for the Pyrokinetic abilities. Why you suspect them, as I'm pretty sure explaining Mrs. Wakahisa is rather difficult.

Explaining Noriko is difficult, yes. I think it'll be easier to just put down that I have exhibited such powers, as well as the rest of my family line. *following, Sumiho keeping up and holding onto Souha.*

Of course.

Much as I'd like to think that Noriko or I could give what guidance he needs... it's not going to be perfect, and we'll not always be around for it.
