It's a nice and rather... clean place. Standard doctor's office set-up, with an examination room attached. Other than the lot of research books that're on the desk Souha's sitting at. Don't worry though, they're off to the side at the moment so he can talk.

Asuka and I are considering having a child, but, there are things we were curious about that we wondered if you'd be able to help us in answering.
Especially concerning my unique situation as Supreme King and my fusion with Yubel and whether there'd be any effects from either which would pass down to our child.

I understand. Let's start with the basics. Tell me, are there any specific physical traits you've noticed since your fusion with Yubel? Even minor things that you can share.

Hmmn. Well, I think the biggest thing since I fused with Yubel would be the fact that that I'm ageing at a much slower rate, so there's a good chance that I'll probably live for a very long time.

I also find I have accelerated healing. Something like a small cut will heal up fully within a day.

Other than those, I can use Yubel's abilities as my own; Protection from brainwashing, the ability to make cards I play real and at times a kind of 'sixth sense', but these are more abilities she lets me use.

Hnmm... *writing those down as Juudai lists them*

And nothing else you can tell physically that might affect anything biologically, correct? Healing and aging...

Of course, a more likely scenario in the current case is that those particular traits may pass onto the child. I don't think there will be an issue with the actual conception if that is all that is there, but a possible problem would be if dormant traits are passed on.

On my end I've been in a few Dark Games but nearly none as my husband, but my main concern is I was under the influence and energy of the Light of Destruction for most of my second year at the Academia.

Do you feel that any of the "Light of Destruction" has lingered in you at all?

Hnmm... I can understand the concern. And there aren't a lot of people around anymore who were as deeply affected by the Light during that time, who are still wholly human, huh? So it's difficult to have a comparison...

The best I could recommend for you, Miss Yuuki, is to submit for fertility tests, since a likely comparison to what the Light can do is similar to... Well, radiation, on some level. I'd have to look into a couple things as well, but I think it's the best step you can take if you're worried.

You can request for them through your usual doctor, but if you don't have one who can conduct the proper tests that you're comfortable with, I can do research and make a recommendation for you, for you to go and meet before committing to the tests. They'll also be able to check for any other possible issues.

As you you, Juudai, it's a bit harder. Your fusion seems to have left you... Mostly human in terms of obvious physical traits.

I guess a place to start with is: What exactly is Yubel? Not "who", but what is Yubel, in the closest equivalent for species? That would likely give me a better idea of where to go from there, and what you might have to expect for difficulties.

Mmm, the radiation part is definitely worrying but it's the non-radiation parts that worry me... The stuff Earth science might be unaware of.

It's why I need to look into a few things, namely with someone who might know more about the Light of Destruction, but you should start with the most basic steps. At least assure that on a normal, human scale, things are operating within acceptable parameters... as it were.

As for Yubel. Well, in our past life together Yubel was originally human or at least humanoid... but to become the guardian of the Supreme King, she was transformed into her current state.

She's classed as a fiend monster, but, she's also technically a dragon.

Quite a mixture, I'd say. Currently, it seems more like the human aspects are what's dominant in this fusion, but... hnmm...

Though, your Fusion is much more... Stable, I guess is the word for it? Compared to other examples I've seen of it.

Yeah. It maybe because Super Fusion was used for it, which is powerful enough to do a complete stable fusion, rather than a partial or unstable one.

Yeah. Unlike most which seem to involve forcefully grafting the life force or essence of a Spirit into a human. Or much weaker fusion spells...

Well, I think the fact that you are a result of that, does make you essentially different from most situations I could compare this to. Instead, I think you would be best compared to a natural hybrid that was born.

Well, I believe Judai has also mentioned, maybe? Off hand Yubel, the way she is, was intended to naturally fit him like a glove to some degree.

Yes, but I also wonder if it was intended for them to be together in this form, or if Super Fusion is the only reason they are so well-fit together like this.

Well, my fusion to Yubel has always felt rather natural and has never really felt out of place for either me or her.

I want to say that I think you'll be fine, yourself, but while I wait for the results from Miss Yuuki's tests, when she goes through them, I'll be researching what I can when it comes to natural hybrids and the effects that come of lineage.

One of the definite problems is the lack of a sample pool to compare these situations to, but I think I can find something to at least keep an eye out. I do want you to have as smooth of a pregnancy as you can, of course.

Getting pregnant to start with is my goal, to start.

I guess focusing on this just one step at a time is the best we can do, rather than worry too much about the 'could be's' that we currently have little information on.

*looks at Asuka* Again, please speak to your regular doctor after this. If they can't help you in scheduling for the tests, contact me. Once you get it scheduled, send me the contact information for the gynecologist who will be conducting it, so I can then request for the results.

I'll do so. Can you write a referral justify something for why I'd be getting radiation testing that sounds plausible beyond "I got radiation from being inducted into a space cult and go amnesia"?

This should hopefully be enough. Generally, when you directly request a test, they can't exactly refuse. So don't worry. *they hand it over* Besides, the tests that a gynecologist conducts are something that you should be getting at a regular rate, going forward. A normal part of life.
