Long story short, Sekuta would prefer if you were living with someone since he won't be around as often due to Student Teaching at DA.

I don't want to live alone because I don't want them to have free reign over everything.

If I live alone then I'll probably end up dead or actually seriously kidnapped, all because they got curious as to what would happen if so-or-so happened.
